Duties
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. You will be the restaurant front of house Ambassador.
* Create and implement system to achieve sales targets.
* Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
* Collaborate with the chef to develop and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.
* Collaborate with our sommeliers to develop and create drink pairings based on customer preferences and market trends.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
