School Estate Manager
Oakwood School is seeking to appoint an Estate Manager to be responsible for ensuring the effective leadership, coordination and running of the school site. This is an exciting new opportunity and is open to candidates who have experience and knowledge of project management, practical skills and capabilities with an understanding of a variety of trades.
The postholder will have responsibility and oversight of all matters relating to the maintenance of the school’s buildings, grounds and facilities. They will also take responsibility for ensuring full compliance with appropriate health and safety legislation as well as leading and managing the estate team. This role requires strong organisational and management skills as well as technical knowledge and capabilities. Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Type: Full time or part time, permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
(FTE, dependent on experience and/or qualifications, including staff benefits package)
