For the charity, our objective is to provide everyone with the information, advice and guidance they need to make informed decisions on their next steps. We deliver on this via our media ecosystem which consists of information, advice and guidance on ucas.com, our social media feeds across various channels, email, live events and webinars, For UCAS Media, our business objective is to generate revenue through paid collaborations with higher education providers who wish to improve their position in the market, and commercial brands who want to reach students. All brands wishing to use our media ecosystem and insight services must align with our framework. All profits generated are gift aided to UCAS the charity and in turn fund the charitable objectives, such as our recent announcement that students in receipt of free school meals will no longer need to pay the UCAS application fee. About the role Contractual Hours 35.00 About the role Developing Paid Media and Display is a major element of the UCAS digital media offering, with the progression of paid media platforms and onsite display being key to advancing the package of media channels UCAS can offer clients. The Paid Media & Display Operations Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Digital Campaign Executives in delivering Paid Media and Display campaigns for clients. They will drive innovation and excellence in our approach to using Paid Media and Display technology. Key accountabilities: Leadership and Strategy Lead and inspire a team of Digital Campaign Executives, overseeing capacity planning, optimising campaigns and identifying team workflow improvements. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead and Senior Digital Executivesto enhance the Paid Media and Display offering, focusing on improving existing product offerings, as well as creating proposals for new product offerings, keeping up to date with the latest technology and changes within the platforms and wider market. Provide guidance and instill best practices, developing an efficient and effective operational team. Skills, qualifications, and experience Previous experience managing campaigns in Paid Media and Display platforms (Snap, Meta, TikTok, GAM) is essential. Strong data analysis, presentation, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to apply this to product proposals and reviews. Confident in leading and delivering training sessions to improve knowledge across the business. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience with reporting tools to provide feedback and visualize best-performing content and templates. Customer-centric approach, ensuring a focus on delivering an appropriate customer experience. Personable with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
