Your pay rate as a full time HR/Payroll Administrator:
You will be paid £11.44 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time HR/Payroll Administrator:
You will be working on fixed shift Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 16:30pm.
Your role as a HR/Payroll Administrator:
* Support with onsite recruitment
* Process Weekly Payroll every Monday ahead of the 12pm deadline and process Monthly Payroll ahead of the required deadline
* Support with notetaking, producing letters
* Produce relevant letters regarding colleagues such as change letters, meeting attendance requirement
* Answer any general employee enquiries about HR and Payroll queries/concerns
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
* Willingness to learn.
* Good level of communication
* Can adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards
* Ideally own transport as the bus service is limited in the area
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must already have and hold a legal status to work in the UK
