Job Description: Technical Support Specialist
Overview: This role involves providing customer and sales support for systems and products, with a focus on CAD-based drawing creation, specification writing, and on-site technical support. You'll collaborate with the marketing team on technical content, stay updated on regulatory changes, and manage third-party product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
2. Create CAD drawings and assist with as-built packages and O&M manuals.
3. Aid in writing and approving roofing specifications.
4. Support marketing with technical content.
5. Monitor and report on regulatory updates.
6. Manage third-party inquiries through selected partners.
7. Offer on-site support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
2. Technical understanding of commercial roofing systems preferred.
3. Proficiency in Office and CAD software.
4. Experience in construction-related roles and CAD work.
5. Ability to work independently and manage pressure.
Requirements:
1. Ability to climb ladders and use on-site access equipment.
