A skilled and experienced Personal Trainer is sought to join the fitness team at a prestigious luxury residential development in the heart of Knightsbridge. This five-star deluxe property offers state-of-the-art fitness facilities exclusively for its residents, who expect the highest standards of personal training and wellness support. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional personal training services to residents, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This will include designing personalised training programs, offering lifestyle and nutritional advice, and delivering group exercise classes. A strong ability to engage with residents, motivate them, and provide a first-class fitness experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver bespoke personal training programs tailored to residents' needs. Provide ongoing fitness advice and motivation to residents while they use the gym. Conduct fitness assessments and track residents' progress, providing constructive feedback. Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to enhance overall well-being. Lead group exercise classes and wellness workshops. Ensure correct and safe usage of gym equipment and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all fitness areas. Monitor and maintain fitness facilities, ensuring they remain in pristine condition. Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Trainer within a premium health club or luxury fitness setting. REPS Level 3 (or higher) personal training qualification. Additional expertise in Reformer Pilates or Boxing is highly desirable. First Aid qualification is desirable. Passion for health and fitness, with strong motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
