Job Overview

Responsibilities
1. Communicate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings processes and have the ability to answer complex queries.
2. Conduct regular audits of own process.
3. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
5. Manage tenancy renewals and terminations.
6. Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities.
7. Ensure smooth running of the property portfolio.
8. Carry out weekly/monthly reviews with staff to ensure targets are achieved.
Skills
1. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
2. Strong administrative abilities to handle paperwork, contracts, and tenancy agreements efficiently.
3. A positive can-do attitude is essential.
4. Organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tenancies simultaneously.
5. Strong leadership qualities and determination to achieve the best outcome for client and company.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
