We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Behaviour Key Worker) to join our passionate and hard-working Inclusion team at Kettering Science Academy. You will be responsible for promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, and show awareness of complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection. The successful candidate will have experience and expertise at supporting children with a range of special educational needs. We are particularly interested in hearing from colleagues who have experience of working in a secondary school and / or have supported children with social, emotional and mental health needs. The successful candidate will be required to work one-to-one and with small groups, as well as supporting other children within the school. They will be a well-motivated and compassionate individual capable of working both as part of a bigger team and independently. The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly team and be experienced in supporting the delivery of the curriculum.
