Who we need
As part of the Business Partner team, you will provide advice, guidance and support to managers on a range of people matters. This is an ideal opportunity if you are a people-oriented HR professional with a passion for engagement, wellbeing, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice and support to managers on HR-related matters.
2. Engage in employee relations, casework, recruitment, and project work.
3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with College leaders and managers.
5. Analyze and produce accurate data and information.
What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, including:
1. Effective communication skills
2. Ability to influence and motivate
3. Capability to manage and prioritize workload
4. Excellent attention to detail
