A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a small team who look after top spend/high value customers. You will have your own clients to look after and you will be the main point of contact for them on a day to day basis. Duties will include:
* Communicating via telephone, email and Teams
* Occasional customer site visits
* Looking into and resolving any billing issues
* Making amendments to their account
* Ensuring that the customer is responded to within set SLA’s and KPI’s are adhered to
* Occasional support with credit control/debt collection for late payments on the account
To be successful, you will have previous customer service/account management experience, excellent communication skills, and good IT skills.
