Graduate Linguistics Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with speech, language, and communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists to deliver personalized learning interventions tailored to individual student needs. Assist in helping students overcome barriers to learning, particularly in language acquisition and communication skills. Support students in building social confidence and effective communication techniques. Contribute to maintaining a positive learning environment by implementing behaviour management strategies and providing emotional support when needed. Help develop students' study skills, including organization, time management, and exam preparation. Receive specialized training in communication strategies, de-escalation techniques, and behaviour management, allowing for professional growth. Graduate Linguistics Teaching Assistant Key Requirements: A 2:1 degree or higher in Linguistics, English Language, or a related field.
