Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Supervising staff and leading shifts
2. Ensuring placement plans are followed
3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures
4. Conducting risk assessments
5. Supporting education and training for children and young people
Requirements:
6. NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
7. Minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people
8. Strong leadership and communication skills
9. Commitment to making a difference in children's lives

10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
11. Excellent problem-solving skills
12. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
