Are you the right person for the job? 8 - 10 years of B2B sales expertise Previous experience in sectors such as recruitment, point of sale/point of purchase,fit-out, interiors, advertising, commercial services, products, and marketing Demonstrable track record of career progression Proficient in New Business Development (NBD) strategies and adept in performance management Highly results-oriented with a relentless focus on outcomes for you, your team and most importantly, customers Managing a sales team with excellent communication and motivation skills to help achieve individual and team targets Well-versed in utilising mainstream CRM software to streamline operations and enhance customer relationships A client focused ethos and a professional, consultative style and approach A sound understanding of project based workflows Account management skills able to play the long game and nurture positive, long term relationships with clients The ability to work directly with key internal personnel and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes What will your role look like?
