You will need to have excellent customer service skills focused on delivering a right first-time approach that delivers on performance and has the customer at the heart of everything you do.
It is essential that candidates can demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
This vacancy is a fixed term position for a period of 6 months.
