Sales Operations Analyst - London/Hybrid - 12 Months - £200-£250 daily (inside)
A global SaaS company is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join their team on an initial 12-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide troubleshooting support for a team of sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related sales reporting tools.
2. Drive projects that improve sales agent productivity, including both medium-term and immediate marginal gains.
3. Support lead pass from marketing to sales within agreed SLAs.
4. Provide insight reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to sales managers to drive channel performance.
5. Work with key enabling partners to improve the sales agent experience with tools (Salesforce).
Skills/Experience:
1. Communication: Effectively manage own projects while providing clear and concise updates to key stakeholders.
2. Data Acumen: Connect disparate data sets to draw patterns and identify root causes.
3. Data, Insight, Action: Communicate insights in a way that influences understanding and decision-making.
4. Project Management: Drive short-term projects, manage to a clear plan, and proactively identify risks.
5. Standardisation: Execute current processes and proactively look for ways to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Prioritisation: Stack rank and drive opportunities with the most immediate benefit, identifying opportunities for future benefit.
7. Relationships: Build strong relationships with the team and effective partnerships with key internal stakeholders.
8. Domain Expert: Build a deep understanding of sales workflow principles and processes to provide frontline agent support.
9. Tools: Previous experience supporting sales teams using Salesforce.
10. Intermediate Excel skills including manipulating and presenting data.
11. Previous experience with Alteryx, Eloqua, Adobe eSign, prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism), sales cadence tools (HVS, SalesLoft), and BI tools (Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.
