With responsibility for the core learning and development agenda for the Council, our learning platform and wellbeing strategy, this role constantly has impact. You will have OD experience in a large/complex organisation with the skill and ability to develop and deliver strategies that support the organisation to meet its objectives.
This role has influence over the desired culture of the Council and there are a number of upcoming projects that this role will deliver as part of that, for example, an improved approach to staff engagement, recognition, leadership and development and wellbeing.
This role is a job share and there is the option to apply on a 2 or 3 day a week basis. We look forward to hearing from you!
