This newly created Accountant will form a key part of the Finance team for a rapidly growing Financial Services Consultancy firm paying £60,000 to £65,000 depending on experience and currently operating a 3 day a week in the office with a Discretionary bonus. Located in the city of London.
Role
This Accountant Role will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Finance Director put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.
1. Financial statement preparation under IFRS and FRS 101/102
2. IFRS conversions
3. FPPP preparation and controls implementation
4. Group management reporting
5. Accounting for mergers, acquisitions, and reverse takeovers
6. Valuations including purchase price allocations, share options and derivatives
7. Preparing integrated P&L, balance sheet and cashflow excel based models
8. Acting as the first point of contact for the client
9. Coaching junior colleagues
10. Liaising with the auditors and other advisors of clients

Salary & Benefits
Salary is bench marked between £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and hybrid working of 3 days in the office, bonus, standard pension, private medical etc.
