There compliance department is at the heart of ensuring our eco submissions align with the latest industry standards and regulations. They are now seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to assist in the crucial process of customer journey management and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the compliance department with eco submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding them through the install process.
* Nurture customer relationships to enhance their experience from the initial inquiry to project completion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a smooth customer journey.
* Maintain and update CRM systems to track customer interactions and submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the ECO (Energy Company Obligation) industry.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and general office administration software.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
* Passion for achieving net zero targets and a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
* Strong computer skills and typing ability
* Demonstrated administrative experience
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Organisational skills with attention to detail
* Previous experience in clerical tasks and data entry
* Knowledge of renewable energy is a plus
