Responsibility
* Address customer inquiries
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Provide administrative support
* Assist with shipping logistics & documentation
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, & other office documents
* Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
Experience and Qualifications
* Must reside in Portsmouth
* High school diploma
* Ability to work independently & in a team
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Previous office or administrative experience preferred
