Role Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Junior Business Growth Manager to play a key role in developing new client relationships and expanding our presence in the construction and civil engineering industries, both onshore and offshore. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining client engagement, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industry decision-makers.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular engagement.
* Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
* Create and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
* Prepare necessary business documentation, including proposals and quotations, with support from the marketing team.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
* A degree in business, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not required.
* Previous experience in business development or sales is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Willingness to travel when necessary.
