About the role
The Analyst, Investment Operations is responsible for the delivery of specific middle office processes conducted by FSI, our regulatory obligations and oversight activities conducted by our third party.
About you
Your experience
* Prior experience of working in a similar investment operations role
* Exposure/Knowledge of regulatory obligations in UK and Europe
* IT/Finance professional certification (preferred)
* Good knowledge of the trade lifecycle
* Proven in-depth knowledge of European Investment Products, UCITS, AIFs and Fund regulatory requirements
* Broad understanding of middle office processes
* Competent in CRD and/or Aladdin

* Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and navigate multiple teams and deliverables
* Ability to work under own initiative & under pressure to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical skills to review and analyse information/ situations to identify, articulate the issues on hand and propose solutions
* Positive can-do attitude essential
Your day-to-day
* You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with the firm’s values:
* Provide support to the team for regulatory queries, BAU regulatory reporting deadlines and regulatory change projects.
* Ensuring all UCITS Key Investor Information documentation (KIID) and PRIIPS Key Information (KID) documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed with the regulator.
* Ensure MIFID II and PRIIPS templates EET/EMT/EPT are maintained and regularly updated in line with regulatory obligations.
* Ensure the firm’s fund data dissemination is accurate and timely to ensure our clients Solvency II obligations are met.
* Ongoing oversight and management of key service providers relating to regulatory data handling and document production.
* Ensure supporting procedures are accurate and kept up to date.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives to improve data quality and efficiency.
* Oversee NT Middle Office activities and issues associated with matching, settlement & cash.
