Job Title: Primary SEMH Teacher Location: Ferryhill Contract type: Long term temporary Leader Education are recruiting a Primary Teacher who will bring their expertise to an alternative provision in Durham. This school supports students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, so experience working with SEMH or vulnerable individuals would be highly beneficial. The provision focuses on helping pupils successfully reintegrate into mainstream education while providing a structured learning environment. This school ensures that all pupils receive the guidance and opportunities needed to achieve their full potential, regardless of their individual challenges. The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:00am until 4pm. The successful candidate will have: Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications. A current DBS that is on the update system, or a willingness to obtain one.
