Role Summary An excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated IFA administrator to join a well established, Independent Financial Adviser based on the outskirts of Woking. Must have a mature, professional attitude and the ability to produce accurate and detailed work to a consistently high standard. The position is fully office based and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Advisers. This position requires a working knowledge of Provider Platforms together with IFA back office systems, notably Intelliflo office. Responsibilities General administration support for the Financial Advisers Inputting and maintaining the back-office system Ensuring client files are kept up to date and meet Compliance standards Preparing Illustrations, key features and application forms Processing new business, placing trades, submitting pension and investment transfers Preparing letters of authority, Contacting Providers and liaising with clients Preparing valuations and performance reports Preparing client reviews Compile client meeting packs Requirements Minimum of 2 year's experience working for an IFA Excellent attention to detail Conscientious and diligent Preferred experience with Intelligent Office and Wrap Platforms Working knowledge of Word and Excel Aware of applicable legislation, guidance and best practice Excellent command of English, both verbal and in writing Team player Punctual, polite and well presented Locally based or within a reasonable commutable distance from the office (as a fully office based role) What we offer Salary up to £35,000 (dependent upon experience) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension, discretionary annual bonus Death in service Support with career development and qualifications Sociable and professional office environment Free parking
