HR Business Partner role based in the Peak District on a permanent contract

The client is a leading construction/manufacturing business
Description
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee relations, recruitment etc.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning.
* Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices, maintaining a high standard of ethical and inclusive practices.
* Support wider HR team with people projects
Profile
* Proven experience in a strategic HR role
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is required
