Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a mix of digital and traditional marketing experience, with a proven ability to implement acquisition strategies and drive results. While there’s a significant opportunity to expand the digital aspect of the business, physical marketing experience (e.g., TV, print, mailshots) is equally valued. The Marketing Director will assess and build a high-performing team while ensuring marketing strategies align with compliance requirements, including FCA & CMA rules. Required skills: Proven experience in multi-channel lead generation within B2C contexts ideally in a regulated industry. Must have an understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements in the UK. Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially within a matrix organisation. Expertise in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimisation.
