* Foster collaboration between R&D and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

* Experience in the aerospace engineering/MRO sector.
* Proven leadership in managing engineering teams, with a focus on performance optimisation.
* Knowledge of HR practices, with support available from senior HR colleagues.
* Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workloads, budgets, and project timelines effectively.
* A-Level or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years’ experience in an aerospace engineering workshop or similar environment.
* Inspirational leadership and coaching abilities.
