We’re recruiting for a Client Services Co-ordinator to join our client in the heart of Cambridge in fabulous offices with a fantastic working atmosphere, where no two days are the same!
The Role
This action-packed role combines:
Front of House: Providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors.
Customer Service: Building great relationships with clients and resolving queries with ease.
Sales: Speaking confidently to potential new clients over the phone and in-person.
Building Management: Ensuring the office runs smoothly, stepping up to manage it in the Office Manager’s absence. What You Need:
Enthusiasm, a great attitude, and a natural ability to communicate effectively.
Front-of-house experience, with the confidence to think on your feet.
Excellent customer service skills – we love going above and beyond for our clients!
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to finishing tasks to a high standard.
A willingness to learn and take on responsibility – you’ll play a key role in the team. Training will be provided for you need to succeed.
