A multi-disciplinary firm providing top-tier services in a number of service lines is seeking skilled Building Surveyors to join their growing team.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor's role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across both advisory/consultant roles and project-driven work, providing a balance of professional services and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on projects ranging from £500K to £6m.
2. Delivering core building surveying services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, and reinstatement cost assessments.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:
1. Be MRICS qualified with substantial post-qualification experience.
2. Bring a solid understanding of JCT contracts (essential).
3. Possess a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions.
4. Be driven to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive environment.
In return?
Salary: £75K - £80K, depending on experience and aptitude.
