My client is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join for a 6 month temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience in leading Employee Relations (ER) cases, and a proven ability to support managers effectively.
This role would be suited to an individual who is looking for compressed hours or 4 days a week.

Description
Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Life Cycle and Benefits
1. Support managers with PIPs & PDPs
2. Support with ER case work e.g. grievances and disciplinaries
3. Support with the Visa renewal process (UK only)
4. Keep in touch with Maternity leavers
5. Support with Long Term Sick cases
6. Send out promotion emails
7. Answer queries on People Inbox
8. Send out job change / promotion / salary change letters
9. Send out probation letters
10. Send new joiner surveys to employees once they pass probation
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience in leading Employee Relations (ER) cases, and a proven ability to support managers effectively. You will need to be immediately available.
Job Offer
1. Flexible hours - 10.00-15.00 or 4 days - This can be agreed with the client.
2. Hybrid working, 1/2 days in the office
3. Day rate via PAYE or Umbrella
4. Start date: 10th March.
