The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Will & Probate Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join a dynamic and growing team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the department's future growth. The role will involve:
* Handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
* Advising clients on estate planning, trusts, and inheritance tax matters.
* Managing relationships with clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
* Drafting and reviewing wills and other private client documents.
* Supporting business development initiatives to enhance the firm's private client offering.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with 2 years' PQE in wills and probate.
* Have strong technical knowledge and an ability to manage a busy caseload.
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to growing the department.
* Be keen to develop your expertise and progress within the firm.
