The Role:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our Leisure Team as a Pool Attendant. In this role, you will be based in our luxurious pool and thermal spa suite at Eden Hall, playing a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for all guests.

Your responsibilities:
* Monitor the pool and thermal spa areas to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
* Provide excellent customer service by enhancing our guests’ experience and assisting with any inquiries or needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool and spa areas.
* Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
* Conduct tours of the pool and spa facilities.
* Perform daily inspections, including water testing and plant pool monitoring.
* Provide cover at the gym reception as needed.
Personal Specification:
Essentials
* Applicants must be over 18 years due to health and safety requirements.
* National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or Pool Responder Certificate.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment.
* Proficient swimming ability.
Desirables
* Experience in the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of pool plant operations.
Shift Pattern:
* Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
* Hours of work: Between 7am and 10.30pm, including a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
* Full flexibility is key, as you will be expected to work as needed to meet the team's and the business' needs.
