The role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and detail-orientated Personal Assistant reporting to our Chief Executive to provide support in the Chief Executive’s business and family affairs.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Diary and email management
· Be responsible for the CEO’s business schedules.
· Manage the CEO’s inbox, including prioritising emails for his attention, drafting and sending responses where and when appropriate.
· Pro-actively manage and organise a variety of internal and external meetings, private appointments, conference calls and events. You will follow up and/or monitor action points. Prepare dial-ins and check attendees in advance.
· Draft, prepare and distribute agendas, documents, presentations, reports, correspondence and agendas related to visits, meetings, phone calls and teleconferences.
· Prepare minutes of meetings (including Board Meetings) and follow up actions from meeting outcomes.
· Retrieve and research information when required.
· Additional duties as required.
Travel Arrangements
· Plan and coordinate travel, sourcing the best deals on travel including flights, trains, and hotel accommodation. Arrange travel-related documentation (including passports and visas) and foreign currencies.
Person Specification
· Ability to complete tasks and projects quickly and efficiently, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
· Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively (verbally, and in writing) with a variety of stakeholders such as family members, senior managers and directors, colleagues, and outside contacts.
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
· Demonstrates high levels of loyalty, integrity and discretion and understands the need for complete confidentiality.
· Is highly organised.
· Enjoys working within a small team.
· Can adapt to changes and pressure during peak periods.
· Likes dogs and children.
· This is a full time office based position 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
· Previous PA experience essential (Min 2 years)

The Raynham estate lies between Swaffham and Fakenham and comprises of approximately 5000 acres of park and farmland owned by the family since the 12th century. At the centre of the estate is the 17th century hall, which has played host to Kings and Queens and remains a private home, occasionally open for events. This is a diverse business that includes arable and livestock farming, residential and commercial property, renewable energy, and hospitality.
