The Customer Service Coordinator role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be managing a portfolio of customers, and you will have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers, which will also allow you to be reactive to issues before they become a problem. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Delivering second to none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products, and returns.
2. Communicating clearly and working closely with your Sales Manager.
3. Building and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
4. Handling customer calls and emails in relation to orders, delivery, and general enquiries.
5. Ordering processing and fulfilment for assigned customers.
6. Processing customer returns.

6. Being able to work on your own initiative is essential as you will be largely managing your own workload; it is key you are a team player to muck in and support your colleagues at busy times.
7. Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with all levels of people, both internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
