As the Sales and Events Manager at RICS, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our sales and marketing strategies. RICS is a stunning venue in our portfolio that benefits from both a restaurant and events space, as the sales and marketing manager, you will need to be agile around the venues needs.

Job Description
Hours : Full time
Salary : £40,000 yearly
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company and venue goals
* Lead, manage, and developthe sales and marketing team
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
* Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising for the venue
* Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed in accordance with businesstrends
* Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches including brand collaborations
* Understand events and restaurantmarket
Qualifications
* A passion for events & hospitality
* An ambitious individual keen to grow and develop
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager/Head of Sales in a hospitality/events venue
* Previous experience leading a team to achieve great results
* Previous experience of working within a client facing corporate environment
* Outstanding presentation skills
* Meticulous administration, coordination and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent communication skills (internally and externally).
* Proactive and excellent time management.
