Diverse and varied role providing administration support across the business Key Responsibilities: Diary management: booking meetings with clients/external / internal personnel. Generation of Invoices. International travel arrangements (NY, Denver, Chicago, Nordics). Event booking. Monthly expenses. Manage emails for partner daily. Director/Manager/Partner clients letters. Client mail distribution daily. New client set-up: all engagement letters, client forms set-up, closing clients. Client updates. Podcast booking. Anything adhoc, some personal work for partner. Requirements: Good presentation, organizational and time management skills, plus good attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Benefits: Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
