Role: Full Time Water Hygiene Manager Location: Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, occasionally London Package: £40000.00- £45000.00 (Dependant on Experience) Company Vehicle Travel: This is a both an office and remote site-based role that requires time within the office and also daily travel around sites for meetings with clients and the engineering team. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager / Director, the successful candidate will be required to actively manage the relationship and performance of our water hygiene customer contract, ensuring compliance, focusing on KPI performance, proactively dealing with potential customer issues and liaising with the internal Management team to ensure contract delivery along with supporting and managing our in house water hygiene engineers along with specialist sub-contractors. You will be working alongside like minded and supportive colleagues in order to provide a great customer service. Duties Conduct technical water hygiene tasks supporting both the client and inhouse engineering team. Respond efficiently to all enquiries and potential sales enquiries Develop, expand and maintain the Companys business with its existing customers ensuring they are fully aware of the services provided by the business. Effective and on time servicing of the customer accounts for which the Account Manager is responsible including Water Treatment weekly/Monthly visits, when appropriate. Work to ensure LCA standards are met across all sites. Carry out Competency Assessments for the WH Engineering team and assist in the training and develop of the team. Proactively manage customer accounts ensuring they are compliant and profitable. Conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits and manage contract renewals. Requirements Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Honesty, Professionalism and Quality. Experience as a Water Hygiene Manager or similar role At least 2 years in a relevant waster hygiene role. Legionella Awareness Training, City & Guilds water industry certifications and other relevant qualifications. Good level of computer skills, ability to use PDA/Compliance system for reporting. Good level of knowledge working with and using Excel and Word and CRM/ Quoting system. Positive attitude and work ethic Detailed understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 parts 1,2,3. (Essential) Ability to make recommendations from job reports and risk assessments with knowledge and experience in water hygiene and treatment. Experience in analytical service visits for closed systems and from lab results. Proven track record in account management and the management of a team. Good presentation, planning, and organisational skill. Proven track record in account management and the management of a team Clean UK Driving License. Clean DBS Record. Benefits Salary £40000.00 - £45000.00(depending on experience). 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. 24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
