Position: Residential Childcare Worker
Grade: 5: £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, plus a 10% alternating shift allowance and shift work following a rota pattern including evenings, weekends, and sleep ins (payable at £40.76 per sleep in).
Visa sponsorship: We welcome applications from all nationalities; however, successful candidates must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.

We are recruiting to one of our Children’s Homes and are looking for a suitably skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join an established team of Residential Child Care Workers.
Children’s Homes by their nature can provide both challenges and opportunities, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate resilience, motivation, and creativity to meet the needs of our young people.
The role requires shift working 365 days per year, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep ins.
