The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Engineer to join our team at the Diss Site. The role will work on a night shift basis, but it will also involve some weekend and Bank holiday working when needs dictate. Full flexibility to cover sickness and holiday absence on other shifts is required, when appropriate.
Main Purpose of Job
1. To provide a responsive engineering service to the Site Operations Management Team to ensure high machine availability, efficiency, reliability, safety, and quality standards are achieved and improved upon.
2. To provide effective and long-term solutions to address and improve machine reliability issues.
3. Identification and recovery of fault situations on all processing equipment and ancillary devices.
