This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.
What you’ll be doing…
As a Business Integrations Analyst, you will be accountable for supporting and delivering on the design, development, configuration, testing, documentation and maintenance of the Business Technology Services products and interfaces, following a roadmap of development to align with the strategic needs of the University.
This role will involve working collaboratively with all areas of the University and third parties to understand their products and processes. Successful collaboration will enable support of the development, improvement and efficiency of existing and new integrations to match the evolving needs of the business. The Business Integrations Analyst will play a crucial part in creating efficiencies, automating processes and reducing manual interventions.
The role will ensure that best practice for documentation, information governance and security and change control is maintained. Alongside this you will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents in a quick and accurate manner to ensure the service is maintained for the business and providing training and guidance to users.
We’re really looking for…
* Proven experience of supporting and enhancing business systems and integrations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex cross-system challenges.
* Strong technical skills and experience in the development of integrations and delivering detailed design documentation.
* Experience of working with SAAS products and third-party suppliers.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
* Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
