Your role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Services Team and be at the forefront of digital transformation. This unique role offers the chance to shape the future of online services.
You will build and enhance innovative solutions using low code technology, maximising product functionality and exploring 2-way system integrations. Your work will directly contribute to the council's digital strategy, promoting self-reliance and supporting growth. Embrace the opportunity to innovate, streamline processes, and make them efficient and easy to use, improving accessibility and making a tangible impact on the community.
About you:
The ideal candidate should have experience of digital transformation projects and have a strong technical and growth mindset, who is committed to professional development and is inquisitive about exploring and testing new technologies. Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage, but not essential.
Along with experience in UI/UX design and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a demanding environment. The candidate should be a skilled problem-solver and logical thinker, with a strong eye for detail. You should be enthusiastic about creating inclusive online services. There should be a strong ability to effectively balance business and user requirements, transforming them into streamlined and efficient online services.
