Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) Location: Enfield, Southgate Salary Range: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract: Long-term, Full-time Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs ? GSL Education are proud to partner with a fantastic school in Enfield, Southgate, seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one and small group support in a specialist provision class. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who have a range of SEN and behavioural needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. Responsibilities of the SEN TA: Provide 1:1 and group support to students with a range of SEN needs. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities to help students thrive. Work alongside teachers and SEN specialists to implement effective behaviour management strategies. Foster independence and confidence in students, supporting their academic and social development. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Requirements of the SEN TA: Previous experience in SEN or behavioural support. Ability to provide high-level 1:1 support for students with diverse needs. A resilient, proactive, and patient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for making a positive impact on children’s educational journeys. A current CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one). Benefits: Competitive daily rate. Free lunch daily.
