A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's brilliant team in Blackpool FY4.
Customer Service Administrator Salary: £27,000
Customer Service Administrator Hours of work: 10.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday and every other weekend, either Saturday or Sunday.

Customer Service Administrator Roles and Responsibilities Include:
* Receiving incoming calls
* Obtaining and accurately recording order numbers
* Progress chasing job sheets
* Inputting data on to the in-house web-based system (no experience needed, full training will be given) with attention to detail
* Allocating jobs to relevant service providers
* Filing job sheets awaiting order numbers by relevant service providers
* Dealing with any queries or issues
* Performing general ad-hoc clerical and admin duties
Customer Service Administrator Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure while paying strict attention to detail
* Team player, flexible, and organized
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competent (MS Office)
