The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and a strong understanding of Xero accounting software. This role involves supporting the MD and FD with various accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial management and smooth operations. The role will have the following responsibilities:Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recordedFacilitate banking transactions and reconcile bank statementsMaintain and update financial records and ledgersMaintain comprehensive and up-to-date files and recordsManagement of the Xero filing systemSupplier invoice processing and paymentsQualificationsExperience with Xero alongside a general understanding of accountingGood communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team
