Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded and matched with purchase orders.
* Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger.
* Handle supplier queries, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely payments.
* Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accounts are up to date.
* Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
* Provide support to the finance team and contribute to process improvements.
Profile
About You:
1. Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and purchase ledger processes.
