We are now looking for an outstanding and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team in our offices, located in St Albans.
About You
You will be a driven, hardworking, and self-motivated individual. You will have experience in a similar role and have worked with a small to medium sized business. You will have worked directly with stakeholders and for a company with fast-growing turnover. You will be experienced in E-commerce global sales.
You will be comfortable in a stand-alone role with the ability to manage yourself and prioritise your workload to the needs of the business. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements and Skills
As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the overall online presence and performance of Regalrose. You will oversee the website, product listings, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). You will manage the ecommerce platforms, tools and apps in place and identify new opportunities to improve the customer journey. You will be responsible for the efficiency and continuous improvement of the website, orchestrating the team, identifying new tools, tech trends and emerging opportunities and be the primary point of contact with third party suppliers.
The Role and Accountabilities
Overall goal: Manage and optimise the Regalrose website to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience.
Website Management:
* Manage and maintain the Regalrose website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
* Oversee website development projects and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the customer experience.
* Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Work with the Social Media Executive and Content Creator to ensure that website content is engaging and informative.
Product Listings:
* Manage and optimise product listings, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and visually appealing.
* Work with the Buying & Merchandising team to ensure that product information is up-to-date and that new products are launched effectively.
* Implement and manage product categories and filters to improve website navigation and product discoverability.
* Use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve product listings and increase sales.
User Experience (UX):
* Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimise website design and content for improved conversion rates.
Personalisation:
* Implement personalisation strategies to tailor the website experience to individual customer preferences.
* Use data and analytics to segment customers and deliver targeted content and product recommendations.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):
* Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website design, content, and calls to action.
* Work with the marketing team to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with CRO goals.
Qualifications Required
* At least 4 years experience in a similar role
* Ideally degree qualified
* Solid experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, with commercial awareness skills
* Tech-savvy, quick learner and comfortable with new technologies
Due to the nature of our business, our peak time stretches from November to January. As a small yet growing business, annual leave must be kept to a minimum during those months.
