About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will: ✔️ Support students in both academic and vocational settings (e.g., Bushcraft, animal care, and life skills). ✔️ Work alongside teachers to reinforce learning and provide tailored support. ✔️ Promote positive behaviour and implement personalised support strategies. ✔️ Assist students in achieving their individual EHCP targets. ✔️ Encourage social interactions and facilitate group activities. About You: ✅ Passion for supporting young people in education. ✅ Ability to manage a range of behaviours, including those that challenge. ✅ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. ✅ GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or equivalent – desirable). ✅ Willingness to work within the physical demands of the role.
