Role Purpose
The role is responsible for reporting daily sales and stock figures to suppliers.
What you will be doing
1. Daily data collection ensuring accurate input & corrections (where necessary) and closing out company systems (i6) ready for transmission.
2. Production of daily and periodic reports.
3. Maintain flight and sales volume data.
4. Arrange visitor passes, both temporary & full (Airport Gateway).
5. Communicate effectively with relevant suppliers & customers relating to stock accounting.
6. Meet & escort site visitors including the delivery of site induction presentation.
7. Assist site management in the recording of all HSE incidents.
8. Flight schedule management in i6
9. Review daily vehicle log sheets for accuracy and ensure continuity with the relevant system (i6)
10. Receive & record customer fuel requests.
11. Relay refuelling requests to operators.
12. Investigate & action customer queries.
13. Complete site purchase requests (IPOS)
14. Weekly Complete company staff labour report.
15. Update operational activity tracker.
16. Create weekly flight data
17. Reconcile month-end losses/gains
18. Complete ITP report (customer sales)
19. Send sales volumes/activity to suppliers & customers
20. Complete HSSE Report
21. Assist manager with monthly pay and overtime
22. Archive all sales data, in time order
23. Ad Hoc updating manuals – document history
24. Petty cash and banking
25. Record & track annual leave requests
26. Taking and typing minutes of meetings
27. Other duties as requested
