Position Details:
* Role: Support Assistant
* Location: Scunthorpe
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
* Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to students with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist in the day-to-day classroom activities and ensure pupils can engage with their learning.
* Work closely with teaching staff to implement individualised learning plans.
* Offer 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students overcome challenges.
* Support with personal care and other needs where required.
