Marketing Assistant - Salary Sacrifice

Salary: £29,300 - £35,000 dependant on skills and experience /Band 4

Reporting into the Marketing Manager- Customer Growth & Engagement, this role supports our Salary Sacrifice programs, focusing on driving employee engagement once schemes are in place. This role will play a key part in ensuring employees understand and take advantage of their Salary Sacrifice benefits through targeted marketing communications, events, and engagement strategies.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and our digital agency, our Marketing Assistant will review customer activity and insights to inform data-driven marketing strategies, execute engagement campaigns, and continuously optimise our approach to increase participation and retention.
What you will be responsible for…
* Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns and organize events to promote active participation in Salary Sacrifice programs.
* Content Development: Create and update customer-facing materials, such as informative documents, FAQs, and guides, to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the benefits and processes involved in the Salary Sacrifice schemes.
* Market Research: Conduct regular analyses of customer feedback, competitor offerings, and market trends to inform and refine our engagement strategies.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating marketing assets like pitch decks, fact sheets, case studies, and personas to enhance their outreach efforts.
* Digital Marketing: Support the execution of digital initiatives across all fleet website structures and content, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives.
* CRM Management : Utilize tools like Pardot and Salesforce to manage the customer lifecycle, monitor engagement metrics, and support renewals activities.
* Data Integrity: Oversee data load processes, monitor database accuracy, and conduct data integrity activities to maintain up-to-date and reliable information.
* Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into engagement activities and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of:
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint.
* Experience using marketing tools and applications.
* Proven ability to present and communicate effectively.
* Ambitious and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple and changing priorities.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.
* Articulate with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Creative background with experience collaborating with external suppliers, such as designers.
* Ability to provide clear and concise creative direction.
