Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus Company bonus
Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4.30pm
20 days holiday + 1 day extra for each year of full service (up to a max of 28 days)
Extra day off per year for your birthday

Post Recruitment is looking for a New Business Executive to join an extremely successful family-run business based in Yeadon. This is a 100% sales-focused and target-driven business-to-business (B2B) role consisting of cold calling and lead generation with a view to making appointments.
Accountabilities:
1. Correctly qualify the company and ensure reaching decision makers
2. Call prospects to arrange meetings
3. Provide prospects with required information in a professional format
4. Build relationships with the Decision Makers, diarising call backs and cancellations
5. Demonstrate resilience and the capacity to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
6. Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
7. Attend and fully participate in ongoing training and development, regular performance reviews, monthly one-to-one meetings, and the company appraisal system
8. Contribute to overall team effort to ensure company new business targets are consistently achieved
9. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
10. Adhere to the company and department standards, policies, and procedures
11. Adhere to data protection guidelines, ensuring all prospects are aware that all calls are recorded
Person Specification:
1. Excellent planning/organisational skills
2. Conscientious, hard-working, and self-disciplined
3. Strong team player
4. Creative and able to implement initiatives to improve sales techniques
5. Impact and influencing skills
6. Able to identify prospects using various methods (CRM system, press, social media, internet, referrals)
7. Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook
8. B2B Tele-sales experience
9. Experience of working within a fast-paced, highly competitive tele-sales environment
The ideal candidate will have and can demonstrate:
1. Proven business development experience in a customer services/telesales environment
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
3. Excellent presentation skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
5. A can-do attitude is essential
6. Creative thinker and persuasive
7. The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
8. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
